Asian American Leadership Forum (AALF)

200 participants attended the 11th Annual AALF in 2015, which offered 5 workshop tracks (including a sold-out professional development track, and a youth track with over 50 high school youth).
Asian American Leadership Forum (AALF) is a one-day conference that brings together diverse people from different sectors, industries, and backgrounds to share, learn, and network. AALF offers workshops that examine the differences, issues, needs, and successes in the Asian American community. It serves as a unique forum where researchers, advocates, students, community leaders and business professionals can meet face-to-face, talk about their common challenges and find ways to work collaboratively. Forum participants recognize the direct impact they can make in their own communities.
A majority of our attendees are between 18-45, with a growing group of high school participants from our KINETIC program.
As a sponsor, your company stands front-and-center before an audience composed of leaders and decision-makers from the Asian American community. The trainings also provide a culturally sensitive professional development opportunity for your employees.
